- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
- 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey or simple syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango mixture into a pitcher or serving jug.
- Add the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or simple syrup.
- If desired, pour some of the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze to make mango ice cubes.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes (regular or mango-flavored).
- Pour the Mango Tango Mocktail into the glasses.
