Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey or simple syrup.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mango mixture into a pitcher or serving jug.
  • Add the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or simple syrup.
  • If desired, pour some of the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze to make mango ice cubes.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes (regular or mango-flavored).
  • Pour the Mango Tango Mocktail into the glasses.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh mango and a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical goodness!

Notes

For an extra tangy kick, add a splash of lemon or lime soda.
Want to make it even more tropical? Add a splash of coconut milk or coconut water for a creamy twist.
Don’t have fresh mangoes? You can use frozen mango chunks instead.
